Surbiton Heritage Amateur Radio & Electronics Society
Who are we? A local group interested in the Amateur Radio and Electronics Hobby for education and leisure.
What do we do? We hold local meetings with practical demonstrations for members and the general community.
We train people to take the relevant practical tests and examinations required to obtain a transmitting license.
Where do we meet? We meet up at least once a month at the Coach House,1 Church Hill Road, Surbiton, at 8.00pm on a Wednesday. We also attend local amateur radio rallies and special events in the local area.
How are we financed? We benefit from donations and sales of surplus equipment at radio rallies & boot sales.
